恒河猴人工感染Brucella后血清学应答及血液病原培养

选用健康公恒河猴６只每组２只，以Ｂｒ．ｏｖｉｓ进行１、０．１、０．０１亿菌初感染后３５天，分别再以１０、５、１亿菌重复感染。各组分别在初感染１５天，再感染０．５、１、２、３、６、８、１０个月时测定血清中各种抗体。结果Ｒ－ＳＡＴ、Ｒ－ＧＤＴ、Ｒ－ＲＢＰＴ在初感染０．５个月开始转阳，再感染１个月Ｒ－２ＭＥ（１、２组）转阳；再感染０．５个月Ｒ－ＳＡＴ达峰值后下降，８个月时又达峰值且与Ｒ－２ＭＥ同步；在再感染６个月至８个月时，１、２号猴从血液中分离到类Ｂｒ．ｏｖｉｓ培养物。此结果与绵羊人工感染Ｂｒ．ｏｖｉｓ结果相似。

SERUM RESPONSE AND BLOOD PATHOGEN CULTURE OF RHEUS MONKEY WITH BRUCELLA OVIS ARTIFICAL INFECTION

Six healthy male Rheus Monkeys were divided into three groups,each group has two Rheus Monkeys,repeatedly infect respectively with 10.50.1billion Br.ovis ,35 days after first infection with 0.10.010.001 billion Br.ovis bacteria respectively Various antibodies of serum of every groups have been tested respectively in first infection of the 15th day and the re infection of 0.51236810 months.The results showed that RSATRGDT and PRBPT began to turn positive in first 0.5 month infection,but R2ME of group 1 and 2 turn positive in one month in reinfeetion.RSAT,0.5 month after being infected repeatedly by Br.ovis approached its summit and then descended,but eight month late RSAT reache its peak again accompanied by the summit of R2ME simultaneously.Been infected repeatedly 68 months later, Br.ovis culture has been separated from bloods of Rheus Monkey in group 1 and group 2.This result resembles the sheep Br.ovis artificial infection.
