| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of T-2 toxin on the apoptosis of rat incisor ameloblast.Methods： 30 Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups： control,experiment1（100ng/gBW/day T-2 toxin were given）,and experiment 2（200ng/gBW/day T-2 toxin were given）.After 4 weeks treatment,the TUNEL technique was used to analyze the effect of T-2 toxin on the apoptosis of ameloblasts.Results： The imagination analysis showed that there was significant increase of apoptosis in the experiment groups compared with control group（P0.01） with the trend of migration toward secretion stage.This effect was more obvious in the high-dose T-2 toxin administrated group.Conclusion： T-2 toxin can accelerate apoptosis of ameloblasts of rat incisor.With the increase of T-2 toxin exposure dose,the apoptosis rate of the rat＇s incisor ameloblast increases. |
