ADAM10在舌癌中的表达及其意义

目的：研究ADAM10在舌鳞状细胞癌（tongue squamous cell carcinomas,TSCC）中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法：应用S-P免疫组织化学法检测49例舌鳞癌中ADAM10蛋白表达情况,并分析临床特征及病理学特点。结果：ADAM10蛋白的阳性表达主要定位于胞浆和胞膜。舌鳞癌伴淋巴结转移ADAM10表达高于未发生淋巴结转移者（P〈0.05）。ADAM10表达与肿瘤组织分化程度和临床参数无关。结论：ADAM10在舌癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移相关,有可能成为新的临床观察指标。

Expression and Significance of ADAM10 in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinomas

Objective： To investigate the expression of ADAM10 in tongue squamous cell carcinomas and to explore its correlation with clinical behavior and pathological characters.Methods： Immunohistochemistry method（S-P）was conducted to detect the expression of ADAM10 in the tongue tissues from 49 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinomas.Results： The expression of ADAM10 protein was localized in the cytoplasm and membrane.ADAM10 with cervical lymphonde metastasis had higher expression than that of without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.However,from the clinical data we found no correlation between differentiation of tumor tissue and clinical parameters.Conclusion： The expressions of ADAM10 in TSCC is related to cervical lymph node metastasis,and it may be implicated as a marker for the clinical behavior of TSCC.
