摘    要:目的:探讨载辛伐他汀磷酸钙骨水泥/聚乳酸-聚羟基乙酸(CPC/PLGA)生物复合支架材料对拔牙创骨改建的影响。方法:选用50只Wistar雄性大鼠,随机均分为实验组和对照组,拔除右下颌中切牙后,实验组即刻植入载辛伐他汀/CPC/PLGA支架材料,对照组植入CPC/PLGA空白支架材料。术后1、2、4、8、12周分别处死实验组和对照组大鼠各5只,采用大体观察、软X线、组织学等方法定性、定量进行骨改建效果评价。结果:术后2、4、8、12周,剩余牙槽嵴相对长度实验组与对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。剩余牙槽嵴相对宽度实验组与对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。组织学观察表明实验组成骨速度和质量优于对照组。结论:载辛伐他汀/CPC/PLGA可诱导拔牙窝内新骨的形成,且在成骨数量上优于单一的CPC/PLGA支架材料组。

Effect of Simvastatin Carried by CPC/PLGA on the Bone Remodeling of Extraction Socket

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the effect of simvastatin carried by calcium phosphate cement/poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(CPC/PLGA) on the bone remodeling after tooth extraction.Methods: Fifty male wistar rats were divided into experiment group and control group(25 rats/group).CPC/PLGA with or without simvastatin was immediately implanted into the lower incisor sockets.General observation,soft X-ray photography,and histopathologic study were conducted quantitatively and qualitatively at 1w,2w,4w,8w and 12w after implantation.Results: At 2w,4w,8w and 12w after implantation,the relative length values of residual alveolar ridge of the experiment group were greater than those in the control group,and the relative width values of the experimental group were also higher than those of the control.There was a significant difference of the relative length and width between the experiment and control groups(P0.05).Histopathologic study showed that bone formation rate and quality of the experiment group were better than those in the control group at the same time.Conclusion: Simvastatin carried by CPC/PLGA could induced new bone formation of tooth socket,and the bone quantity and quality in the experimental group were much better than those in single CPC/PLGA group.
