磷酸钙/硅酸钙/泡铋矿复合盖髓材料的理化性能研究

摘    要:目的探讨并比较磷酸钙/硅酸钙/泡铋矿复合水门汀(CPCSBi)与Dycal、氢氧化钙(CH)用作盖髓剂时的理化机械性能。方法采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析CPCSBi主要物相组成,研究其凝固时间、抗压强度、溶解率、pH值及累积释放浓度。结果 SEM、FTIR、XRD分析CPCSBi主要包含羟基磷灰石、磷酸四钙、泡铋矿、硅酸钙等物相。CPCSBi和Dycal的固化时间分别为13 min50 s及2 min 25 s,抗压强度、溶解率无统计学差异(P<0.05)。浸泡24h后,CPCSBi的pH值(10.9)低于CH(11.6)和Dycal(12.5)。CPCSBi释出Bi3+、Ca2+、PO42-、Si4+离子浓度随时间延长逐渐增加。结论 CPCSBi的理化机械性能基本能满足盖髓材料的要求。

Abstract:Objective The aim of the present study was to compare mechanical and chemical properties of new calcium phosphate/calcium silicate/bismutite(CPCSBi) cement with those of calcium hydroxide(CH) and Dycal cements in dental pulpcapping applications.Methods Components of the CPCSBi were anzlyzed by SEM,FTIR and XRD.The physicochemical properties of the solidification of CPMP and CPCSBi were investigated,and setting-time,compressive strength,rate of dissolution,value of pH and ions released were studied.Results CPCSBi is composed of hydroxyapatite, tetracalcium phosphate,bismutite,and calcium silicate,which was analyzed by SEM,FTIR,and XRD.The setting time of CPCSBi and Dycal was 13 min 50 s and 2 min 25 s,respectively.There were no statistical differences in compressive strength and solubility between CPCSBi and Dycal(P 0.05 ).The pH of CPCSBi(10.9) was lower than that of CH (11.6) and Dycal(12.5) after immersion for 24 h.The results of ion release from CPCSBi showed that the concentrations of Bi~(3+) Ca~(2+),PO_4~(2-),and Si~(4+) increased with time in deionized water solutions.Conclusions These results suggest that CPCSBi will be a good candidate for use as a dental pulp-capping agent in the field of mechanical properties.
