| 摘 要： | 目的:观察比索洛尔治疗老年心律失常的疗效。方法:选择老年心律失常患者87例,随机选择47例为比索洛尔治疗组,40例为对照组。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用比索洛尔,观察治疗前和治疗4周后动态心电图及临床症状、生化指标。结果:治疗组临床症状和心电图有效率分别为80.85%和87.23%,均优于对照组(P<0.01),生化指标改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:比索洛尔治疗老年心律失常安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bisoprolo on cardiac arrhythmias of the old.Methods:Selected 87 aged patients of cardiac arrhythmias and divided them into two groups randomly.47 patients as Bisoprolo treated group and 40 as the contrast group.Bisoprolo treated group add Bisoprolo besides given normal anti-heart failure treatment.To observe the differences of dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical symptom between them before and after treatment for 4 weeks.Results:The effective rate of dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical symptom of Bisoprolo treated group were respectively 80.82% and 87.23%,and were both better than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bisoprolo is a safe and effective medicine for anti-cardiac arrhythmias. |
