急性脑血管病合并代谢综合征对近期预后影响的探讨

目的探讨急性脑血管病(acutecerebrovasculardisease,ACVD)患者合并代谢综合征(metabolicsyndrome,MS)时对近期预后的影响。方法对确诊急性脑血管病患者208例,根据患者代谢异常分为代谢综合征组80例和非代谢综合征组128例,分别对其预后进行临床分析。结果代谢综合征组的病死率(41.25%)明显高于非代谢综合征组的病死率(10.16%)(P<0.01)。代谢综合征组的并发症也显著高于非代谢综合征组的并发症(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论急性脑血管病合并代谢综合征时的患者出现并发症多,预后差,病死率高。早期发现代谢综合征对判断病情,估计预后具有一定的参考价值。

Effects of acute cerebrovascular disease and metabolic syndrome on short term prognosis

Objective To investigate the effect of acute cerebrovascular disease and metabolic syndrome on short term prognosis. Methods 208 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were divided into two groups according to dysmetabolic: 80 metabolic syndrome group and 128 the normal metabolic group, The clinical prognosis were analysed. Results The mortality rate in metabolic syndrome group(41.25%) were significantly higher than that in the normal metabolic group(10.16%)(P<0.01). the complications in metabolic syndrome group were significantly higher than that in the normal metabolic group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions The patients of acute cerebrovascular disease and metabolic syndrome could result in more complications, poor prognosis and high mortality. The early determination of metabolic syndrome is of value in assessing disease status and predicting the prognosis of patients.
