| 摘 要： | 狂犬病病毒分子流行病学研究是防控狂犬病暴发的前提.已有的研究成果显示,对狂犬病病毒分子流行病学研究以全基因组测序为好,提高犬狂犬病疫苗免疫覆盖率和建立健全狂犬病疫情预警网络平台可能是扭转我国目前狂犬病高发的关键所在.此文综述了基因序列分析和氨基酸序列分析的狂犬病病毒分子流行病学研究进展.

| Abstract: | Research on molecular epidemiology of rabies virus shows that the whole genome sequencing is the most useful technique. It may reverse Chinese current high incidence of rabies through increasing rabies vaccination coverage and establishing a platform for rabies epidemic early warning network. The latest progress of molecular epidemiology of rabies virus in gene sequence and amino acid sequence analysis are reviewed in the article. |
