尼莫地平联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

目的探讨尼莫地平联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 180例偏头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例采用尼莫地平联合西比灵治疗,对照组80例采用单用尼莫地平治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组临床治愈率49%,总有效率98%;对照组临床治愈率24%,总有效率72%。治疗组治疗率明显高于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合西比灵治疗偏头痛临床疗效满意,不良反应少,使用方便,值得推广。

Therapeutic Effect of Nimodipine Association with Xibiling on Migraine

Objective To explore therapeutic effect of Nimodipine association with Xibiling on migraine.Methods 180 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.100 patients were treated with Nimodipine combined with Xibiling;80 patients were treated with only Nimodipine,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.Results The cure rate and total effective rate were 49% and 98% in treatment group,compared with 24% and 72% in control group,there was a evident difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine association with Xibiling is effective in the management of migraine,with less side effects,which is convenient to be taken and easy to be popularized.
