贵州汉族4对眼部遗传性状的基因频率研究

摘    要:目的:探讨汉族人群眼部遗传性状的分布特征。方法:对684名贵州汉族(男性186人,女性498人)睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向的群体遗传学特征进行活体观察,并对其关联性进行相关分析。结果:贵州汉族人群睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向的显性基因频率分别为0.429 9、0.155 6、0.474 6、0.440 5、0.317 4、0.413 5。其中,男性分别为0.437 0、0.096 1、0.466 1、0.487 2、0.277 5、0.308 6,女性分别为0.428 2、0.178 4、0.477、0.424 7、0.332 2、0.458 7。眼色存在性别差异(P〈0.01)。眼裂开度与睫毛、眼裂方向,眼色与眼裂方向之间具有一定的遗传关联性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:贵州汉族眼部遗传性状的性别分布差异不明显,且部分性状间具有一定相关性。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the features of some genetic characters of eyes in Han population.Method: A morphological survey on 684 random people(186 males,498 females) of Han population from 18-24 years old living in Guizhou were carried out in June 2009.Meanwhile,the frequencies of 6 genetic characters were calculated,and its' correlations were analyzed.Results:The frequencies of long eyelash,black eye color,and wide opening height of eye slits and level direction of eye slits were 0.429 9,0.155 6,0.474 6,0.440 5,0.317 4,and 0.413 5 respectively.Those of males were 0.437 0,0.096 1,0.466 1,0.487 2,0.277 5,0.308 6,and of females were 0.428 2,0.178 4,0.477 5,0.424 7,0.332 2,0.458 7respectively.There is significant difference on eye color in sex(P 0.01).Correlations are found between height of eye slits and eyelash,height of eye slits and direction of eye slits,eye color and direction of eye slits respectively.Conclusions: No significant sexual difference were found in the four human population genetic characters except eye color,and few correlations are found on these indices of Han population in Guizhou.
