支撑喉镜术中注射地塞米松预防声带息肉、小结复发的临床研究

目的 寻找更有效的方法,降低声带息肉、小结术后的复发率.方法 自2000年1月～2006年2月,将545例声带息肉、小结患者按就诊顺序随机分成地塞米松组即实验组295例和对照组250例.实验组在全麻支撑喉镜声带息肉、小结显微手术中注射地塞米松,对照组术中不注射地塞米松.术后1年内用纤维喉镜进行随访,观察疗效.结果 经治疗后,实验组295例中有3例复发,复发率为1%;对照组250例中有9例复发,复发率为3.7%.两组经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 支撑喉镜术中注射地塞米松能有效地降低声带息肉、小结的复发率.

Preliminary clinical study of dexamethasone on prevention relapse of polyp and nodules of vocal cord in microlaryngoscopic surgery under suspension laryngoscope

Objective To evaluate the effects of dexamethasone for preventing relapse of polyp and nodules of vocal cord.Methods From January,2000 to December,2004,545 cases of polyp and nodules of vocal cord were randomly divided into dexamethasone group(292 cases) and control group(241 cases).In dexamethasone group dexamethasone was injected into vocal cord in microlaryngoscopic surgery under suspension laryngoscope,and in control group dexamethasone was not injected.All cases were followed up by fiber laryngoscope in one year after surgery.Results Three cases relapsed in dexamethasone group and 9 cases relapse in control group.Relapse rates were 1% and 3.7% respectively.There was significant difference in relapse rate between dexamethasone group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone injection in microlaryngoscopic surgery under suspension laryngoscope can effectively prevent relapse of polyp and nodules of vocal cord.
