血常规和凝血指标在急性心肌梗死转归期检测的临床意义分析

目的对血常规及凝血检测在急性心肌梗死转归期检测中的临床意义进行分析。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年1月间收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据TIMI危险评分差异,分为高分观察组、低分对照组,检测分析其血常规及凝血指标。结果所有血常规指标中,观察组PLR、PLT、NLR明显高于对照组,且组间对照呈现统计学数据差异,对照两组患者凝血指标可见,观察组患者ATIII、PTA、TT明显低于对照组患者,APTT显著较对照组高,且组间差异显著有统计学分析价值(P<0.05)。结论通过血常规与凝血指标的联合检测分析,可以对患者的病情状况明确反映,能够为临床治疗提供指征依据,在急性心肌梗死转归期检测中具有重要临床意义,值得广泛应用推广。

Analysis of the clinical significance of blood routine test and coagulation index in the transition period of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of blood routine and coagulation detection in the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of TIMI risk score,they were divided into high score observation group and low score control group.Their blood routine and coagulation indexes were detected and analyzed.Results PLR,PLT and NLR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences between the two groups.The coagulation indexes of the two groups showed that ATIII,PTA and TT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,APTT was significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection and analysis of blood routine and coagulation indicators can clearly reflect the patient's condition and provide evidence for clinical treatment.It has important clinical significance in the detection of prognosis of acute myocardial infarction and is worthy of wide application and promotion.
