| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生化检验在肝硬化疾病诊断中的应用。方法选取2019年1月-6月我院收治的196例肝硬化疾病患者为研究组,并选取我院同期收治的193例健康体检者为对照组,所有受试者均接受生化指标检验,分析其检测结果。结果研究组ALT、TBIL、ALP、AST、γ-GT、DBIL等生化指标值显著高于对照组,ALB、TP及CHE值显著低于对照组,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论生化检验可为肝硬化疾病的诊断提供有力的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of biochemical test in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.Methods 196 cirrhotic patients in our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the study group,and 193 healthy people in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.All the subjects were tested for biochemical indexes and the results were analyzed.Results The values of ALT,TBIL,ALP,AST,γ-GT,DBIL and other biochemical indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the values of ALB,TP and CHE were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical test can provide a powerful reference for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. |
