恶性胸腹水自体蛋白的制备及回输

恶性肿瘤晚期患者常并发胸腹水，胸腹水里含有大量可溶性蛋白，蛋白浓度约为40mg／ml，其中白蛋白占50％以上，球蛋白占20％左右。本实验室比较了4种不同的分离纯化胸腹水蛋白的方法，其中离心滤过的方法能彻底除去细胞成分，特别是肿瘤细胞，而且蛋白回收率高，操作简单，不参入外源物质，我们采用该方法将恶性胸腹水中的蛋白回收，并回输给患者，临床应用27例次，取得了较好的临床效果。

Preparation and Reinfusion of Autologous Protein Isolated from Maligant Pleural Effusion and Ascites

Patients with terminal malignant tumor are often accompanied by hydrothorax and ascites which contains a large amount of soluable protein with a concentration of some 40mg/ml in which albumin makes up 50% plus and globulin approximately 20%. Comparision of the four different ways of separating and purifying the protein from the pleural effusion and ascites made it clear that the centrifuge filtration method could effectively remove all the cellular cornponents particularly the tumor cells.The rate of protein recovery was high and no alien substance was present. We have used this method to retrieve prtein from malignant thoracic effusion and ascites and then reinfused it for a total of 27 times in patients with intractable hydrothorax and ascites caused by terminal malignant tumors.Clinical observation proved the benefit of the reinfusion.
