牙再植150例临床分析

目的探讨影响再植牙成功的相关因素。方法对175颗再植牙的类型、治疗方法及临床疗效进行分析。结果再植牙成功率为84%;根管治疗后移植组与未进行根管治疗再植组的成功率分别为:90.4%、74.3%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。活髓牙再植后牙髓血管再生,根尖完全形成,3年后复查牙髓存活率为8.0%。结论牙髓血管再生是牙再植术成功的关键,而根管治疗是再植牙治疗的重要手段,早期根管治疗可预防或减少再植牙的牙根吸收。

Clinical Research on Replantation of 150 Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment ways of implanted teeth.Methods An analysis was conducted on 175 implanted teeth's types,ways of treatment and clinical outcomes.Results The success rate of implanted teeth was 84%.The effective rate of post-root canal treatment(RCT) group was 90.4%,and that of control group without RCT was 74.3%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Pulp blood vessels were regenerated after active-pulp tooth replantation and the apical fiber tissues were shaped completely.The survival rate of pulp after three years was 8.0%.Conclusion The pulp blood vessel's regeneration is a key to success in tooth replantation.Moreover,RCT is the important way of implantation tooth therapy.Forepart RCT can prevent or decrease the root absorption of implanted tooth.
