| 摘 要： | 目的探讨酒精性肝病的临床诊断与治疗方法。方法选取2010年2月—2013年2月该院收治的60例酒精性肝病患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后,显效31例,有效26例,总有效57例,总有效率可达95%。进行肝功能检测ALT、AST以及GGT水平均明显低于治疗前,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论酒精性肝病主要临床表现为肝功能和血常规指标紊乱,早期诊治并采用综合治疗可有效改善患者的肝功能,提高临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with alcoholic liver disease admitted in our hospital from February, 2010 to February, 2013 were selected and their clinical data were analyzed. Results After treatment, 31 cases were markedly effective, 26 patients were effective, the total effective cases were 57. ALT, AST and GGT levels in liver function tests were significantly lower than those before treatment, the comparative differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main clinical symptoms of alcoholic liver disease are disorders of liver functions and blood routine indexes. Early diagnosis and treatment and adoption of comprehensive treatment can effectively improve the patient＇s liver functions and enhance the curative effect. |
