前列腺素E1对心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响

目的观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)对心绞痛患者血液流变学的改变情况。方法42例心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(21例)。治疗组用PGE1注射液200μg加入5%葡萄糖液250 m l中静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程10 d;对照组除不用PGE1外,其它治疗与治疗组相同。两组均在治疗前后进行临床观察、心电图描记、血液流变学测定。结果治疗组临床总有效率90.5%,而对照组为52.4%(P<0.05);心电图有效率治疗组为76.2%、对照组42.9%(P<0.05);血液流变学指标治疗组经PGE1治疗前后明显改变(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义。结论心绞痛患者血液流变学明显异常,PGE1能改善心绞痛患者血液流变学指标,有效控制心绞痛发作,安全有效。

Effects of PGE1 injection on hemorheological paremeters in patients with angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effects of PGE_1 injection on hemorheological Properties in patients who underwent angina pectoris.Methods 42 Patients with angina pectoris were randomly devided into PGE_1 group(21 cases)and routine group(21 cases).The routine group were given routine treatment of angina pectoris except PGE_1.group were given PGE_1 besides routine treatment.Two groups underwent The clinical symptoms changes of ECG and hemorheology before and after treatment were observed.Results Total clinical effective rate of the PGE_1 group was 90.5%,and the routine group was 52.4%(P<0.05).PGE_1 was associated with a higher rate of improvement in ECG change(76.2% VS 42.9%,P<0.05).The results showed that compared to routine group PGE_1 group could significantly improve hemorheology(P<0.05).The results showed that compared to routine group PGE_1 group could significantly improve hemorheology(P<0.001).The paremeters of hemorheology improved significantly after PGE_1 treatment,but not routine group.There were no significant side-effects observed in the PGE_1 group.Conclusion Hemorheology have close relationship with attack and development of angina pectoris.It could be inferred that PGE_1 can treat effectively angina pectoris by improveing hemorheology in patients with angina pectoris.
