| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨一期病灶清除植骨内固定手术治疗胸腰椎结核的方法和临床疗效.方法 对本院收治的30例胸腰椎结核患者采取一期病灶清除植骨内固定手术治疗.结果 所有患者随访6个月～24个月,全部恢复,效果满意,无明显不良反应.结论 采用此法治疗胸腰椎结核,有治愈率高、经济、安全、有效、并发症少等优点,可广泛应用于临床.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method and clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis by removing lesion of tuberculosis and bone graft with internal fixation at one stage. Methods 30 cases of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis patients were taken within one stage removing lesion surgical treatment of internal fixation. Results All patients were followed up for 4 months - 24 months, all restored and the results were satisfactory, no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Use of this method for spinal tuberculosis with a high cure rate, economy, salty and effect and fewer complications, can be widely used in clinical practice. |
