胆系术后肝脓肿的CT表现

目的探讨分析胆系术后肝脓肿的CT影像学表现。方法搜集我院1994年10月～2006年8月,经手术证实的有完整CT检查资料的肝脓肿31例。所有病例均有胆系手术史,术后8～40年。结果31例肝脓肿,其中28例脓肿位于肝脏周边部分,3例位于肝门区。单发病灶4例,多发病灶27例。31例肝脓肿中有胆系积气11例,胆管扩张28例,胆系结石8例。结论有胆系手术病史者,肝内见特征性低密度灶,应考虑本病的诊断;胆管积气、扩张、结石等征象,为本病重要的CT间接表现。

The CT manifestations of hepatic abscess post cholangioenterostomy

Objective To study the CT manifestations of hepatic abscess in patients of post cholangioenterostomy. Methods 31 cases of hepatic abscess with complete data of CT were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were performed cholangioenterostomy or cholangiojejunostomy after variant periods from 8 to 40 years. Results 28 cases located in perimeter while the rest cases in hepatic hilar region. 27 cases had multiple foci and 4 cases with single focus. Pneumatosis in the biliary tree could been detected in 11cases, cholangiectasis were seen in 28 cases. Conclusion The diagnosis of hepatic abscess shall be indicated dependenting upon the hypo-attenuation focus in patients who had underwent cholangioenterostomy or cholangiojejunostomy. Pneumatosis in the biliary tree is considered as the indirect important sign of the disease.
