摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(20:80,v/v),流速为1mL·min^-1,检测波长为400nm,柱温:室温。结果羟基红花黄色素A在浓度0.0408~4.16μg·mL^-1。与峰面积线性关系良好,羟基红花黄色素A在血浆中3个浓度的绝对回收率平均分别为98.7%、97.9%、99.8%,批内、批间RSD均〈10%。结论本方法简单快速,准确灵敏,重现性好,适用于羟基红花黄色素的血药浓度测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC to determine the level of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HYSA) in human plasma. Methods Diamonsil C18 colume was used. Aeetonitrile-2% phosphoric acid solution (20 : 80, -v/v) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL · min ^-1 with detection wave length at 400 nm. Results HYSA had good linear relationship when its concentration was between 0. 040 8-4. 16 μg · mL^-1. Absolute recoveries were 98.7%, 97.9%, and 99.8% respectively. The RSD of intra-run and inter-run was less than 10%. Conclusion The method is simple, quick and convenient for the determination of HYSA.
