20种苯骈噻吩磷酸酯类化合物的杀螺及增效作用

摘    要:本文报道了9种苯骈噻吩乙腈肟磷酸酯类化合物(comp-1~9)和11种苯骈噻吩乙腈肟硫代磷酸酯类化合物(comp-10~20)直接杀螺作用,其中comp-2、comp-11浸泡钉螺48h和72h的LD_(50)。分别为1.1219mg/L、1.0718mg/L和0.7754mg/L、1.0231mg/L,与五氯酚钠、溴乙酰胺灭螺效果相近。苯骈噻吩磷酸酯类化合物与五氯酚钠(1:1)混合液浸泡杀螺具有增效或相加作用。磷酸酯类化合物增效作用优于硫代磷酸酯类化合物。其中comp-2、comp-4、comp-11增效作用明显。

Abstract:An experiment was carried out to test the effects of 9 compounds of benzothienglyoxylonitrile phosphates and 11 compounds of benzothienglyoxylonitrile thiophosphates on Oncomelania hupensis. The results showed that comp-2 and comp-11 had high molluscicidal effects, of which the LD50 were 1. 1219. 1. 0718 mg/L at 48 hours and were 0. 7754, 1. 0231 mg/L at 72 hours respectively. When each compound mixed with NaPCP in 1 : 1 by weight, the mixture of comp-2. comp-4, comp-11 showed higher molluscicidal effects. Those compounds, as suggested in the experiment, are worthwhile to be tested in the field. This experiment also revealed that the molluscicidal effect of benzothienglyoxylonitrile phosphates was better than that of benzothienglyoxylonitrile thiophosphates when they mixed with NaPCP.
