紫外分光光度法测定注射用甘氨双唑钠的含量

摘    要:【目的】采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用甘氨双唑钠的含量。【方法】采用紫外分光光度法在319nm处测定甘氨双唑钠的含量,8h内考察其稳定性。【结果】甘氨双唑钠在5.5~27.5μg/ml浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),在8h内稳定性良好,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.93%(n=9)。【结论】用紫外分光光度法测定注射用甘氨双唑钠的含量操作简便,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective] To establish a UV spectrophotometry for the determination of the content sodium glycididazol injection Methods] Content of sodium glycididazol was determined by UV spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 319 nm. Results] There was a Linear relationship from 5.5 μg/ml to 27.5 μg/ml. Linear relationship was good ( r = 0.9999) and stable within 8 h. The recovery rate was 100.4%, RSD was 1.93% (n = 9). Conclusions] The method is easy and simple to handle, the result is accurate.
