腹膜后炎性假瘤的CT诊断和鉴别诊断

分析经手术病理证实的腹膜后炎性假瘤的ＣＴ增强前后表现，为进一步认识腹膜后炎性假瘤的ＣＴ特征。材料和方法：搜集１９９０年１０月至１９９７年９月经手术病理证实且资料完整的１１例腹膜后炎性假瘤，全部病例均在ＣＴ平扫发现病变后，又静脉团注１００ｍｌ碘海醇（欧乃派克）行增强ＣＴ扫描。结果：１１例ＣＴ增强前、后成像均显示边缘形态不规则的肿块，直径大小为３．５￣５．０ｃｍ；其中８例前缘和侧缘有长短各异（５￣２０

CT Diagnosis andDifferential Diagnosis of Retroperitoneal Inflammatory Pseudotumors

Purpose: To further evaluate the CT characteristies of retroperitoneal inflammatory pseudotumors. Materials and Methods: Eleven surgicopathologically verified cases with retroperitoneal inflammatory pseudotumors from October 1990 to September 1997 were collected. Plain and enhanced CT examinations were performed in all cases, and CT findings were analyzed. Results: All the pseudotumors showed clearly as soft-tissue masses with irregular shape on the pre-and post-enhanced CT imaging.The range of the largest diameter of the soft tissue masses was 3.5cm to 5.0cm. A number of spicules with variable length(5mm to 20mm)and thickness extending from the anterior and lateral margin of the lesion were demonstrated in 8 cases. A relatively smooth margin without spicules was showed in another 3 cases.After injection of contrast media all lesions were enhanced slightly. In 7 psendotumors with uniform density on the plain scan images the enhancement was homogeneous, and in other four with he terogeneous density on the pre-enhancement images the enhancement was inhomogeneous. Conclusion: The characteristic CT sign of retroperitoneal inflammatory pseudotumor is a soft tissue mass with irregular shape and spicules of variable length and thickness extending from its margin, as such it is of significance for the correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
