| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阴道镜检查对宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法:对2003年12月～2005年6月在该院2112例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查,结果进行分析总结。结果:阴道镜检查2112例宫颈病变中活检320例,经病理诊断CIN68例(CINⅠ-CINⅡ),宫颈浸润癌26例,原位癌9例,慢性宫颈炎195例,人乳头瘤病毒感染(HPV)22例。结论:阴道镜图象对阴道镜拟诊与组织病理学诊断有较高的符合率,对早期发现宫颈癌、癌前病变、人乳头瘤病毒感染及有无合并癌前病变有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesion.Methods:Colposcopy was used to analyse and sum up 2 112 patients with cervical lesion from Dec.2003 to Jun.2005.Results:Of all 2 112 cases, women were histopathologically comfirmed suffering with CIN 68 cases, including CINⅠ and CIN Ⅲ; with cervical carcinoma 26 case; with CIS 9 cases;with chroniccervicitis 195 cases; with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection 22 cases.Conclusion:Colposcopy have a very important value in finding early stage carcinoma of cervicals, CIN and human papillomavirus infection. |
