亮菌甲素对慢性乙肝肝内胆汁淤积的治疗作用

目的应用亮菌甲素联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并肝内胆汁淤积，以评价其疗效。方法将86例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组43例。对照组予甘草酸二铵及一般护肝时症治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上另予亮菌甲素，疗程为15～30天。结果治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗组黄疸开始下降及黄疸消退的天数均明屁快于对照组。治疗组的肝功能改善程度显著高于对照组。结论亮菌甲素可以缩短慢性乙型肝炎的病程及黄疸持续的时间，使肝功能明显改善，从而提高临床疗效，无明显不良反应。

Armillarisis A treating chronic hepatitis B With intrahepatic cholestosis

Objective Evaluate the efficacy of Armillarisin A Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate treatment of chronic hepatitis B with intrahepatic cholestasis. Methods 86 patients with severe chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 43 patients in each group. Hugan Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate was given to the control group. Treatment group were treated with Armillarisin A in addition to the same basic medication, treatment period for 15-30 days.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group. Jaundice in treatment group start to decrease and the number of days for jaundice to dissipate was significantly faster than the control group. The liver function of the patients in treatment group was also improved significantly higher.Conclusion Armillarisin A can shorten the duration of the chronic hepatitis B disease and jaundice, improved liver function significantly, and enhance clinical efficacy without substantial adverse reactions.
