牙周病前牙漂移正畸治疗及铸造夹板保持的研究

目的：探讨牙周病导致前牙漂移患者正畸治疗后的保持效果。方法：对30例前牙漂移的牙周病患者采取正畸及牙周联合治疗后进行前牙铸造夹板固定，半年后随访其保持效果进行研究。结果：30例患者的错胎畸形得到矫正矫治，结束时牙周情况较矫治前明显改善，前牙铸造夹板保持效果良好。结论：口腔正畸治疗可改善患者的牙周情况，铸造夹板保持可维持牙周健康。

Orthodontic treatment and casting splintage of front teeth excursion caused by periodontal disease

Objective： To study the orthodontic treatment and maintain of front teeth excursion induce by periodontal disease. Methods： In 30 periodontal disease patients with front teeth excursion, the casting splint was applied after the orthodontic and periodontal treatment of anterior teeth, The effects were evaluate after half of year. Results： Malocclusion deformity of 30 patients were corrected. The periodontal conditions were improved significantly compared with pre-correction.The effects of teeth casting splint maintained well. Conclusion： Orthodontic treatment can improve the patient＇s periodontal, periodontal health can be maintained by casting splintage.
