| 摘 要： | 目的 观察穴位埋线治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法 将顽固性呃逆患者随机分为治疗组（埋线组）和对照组（电针加穴位注射组），在可比条件下进行，于1星期后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率和总有效率较高（P〈0.05）。结论 穴位埋线治疗顽固性呃逆疗效满意，简便易行，只需操作一次，节约了患者的就诊时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point catgut embedding for treating intractable hiccup.Methods Intractable hiccup patients were randomly allocated to treatment(catgut embedding) and control(acupuncture plus point injection) groups under a comparable condition.The clinical effects were evaluated after one week.Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Point catgut embedding has a satisfactory effect on intractable hiccup.It is easy to perform,and needs only one performance,which cut down the patients' visit time. |
