抑减胶囊配合小剂量甲状腺素治疗骨质疏松症疗效观察

为观察中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症的效果 ,寻求骨质疏松症更有效的治疗方法 ,运用中药抑减胶囊配合小剂量甲状腺激素治疗骨质疏松症 4 8例 ,并与葡萄糖酸钙片 30例作对照。结果显示 :治疗组有效率 97.92 % ,对照组有效率 86 .6 7% ,两组比较治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,骨密度增加值比较 ,治疗组也明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。认为中药配合小剂量甲状腺激素是治疗骨质疏松症的有效方法之一。

THE TREATMENT OF OSTEOPOROSIS BY "YIJIAN JIAONANG" AND LOW DOSE OF THYROXINE: A Therapeutic-effect Observation

The objective of the paper is to observe the therapeutic effect of the combined TCM and WM treatment of osteoporosis (OP) as to seek a more effective therapy. The treated group included 48 OP cases treated by "YIJIAN JIAONANG" (YJJN, TCD anti-hypothyroid capsules) and a small dose of thyroxine (SDT), and the control group included 30 cases treated by calglucon. The results showed that the effective rates of the treated and control groups were 97.92 % and 86.67 %, respectively; the treated group had an obvious advantage over the control both in the effective rate and in the BMD increase (P < 0.05). YJJN and SDT was believed to be one of the effective therapies for OP.
