| 摘 要： | 目的 建立镇痫片中朱砂的含量测定方法。方法 定量加入浓硫酸和硝酸钾，在加热条件下使朱砂溶解，再用络合法滴定。结果 测定了6批样品中朱砂的含量；平均回收率为97．97％。结论 采用本方法，操作简便，测定结果的准确性、重现性均较好。建立含量测定方法后能更加有效地控制该品种的内在质量，也为部颁品种质量标准的提高提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a content determination method for zhusha in Zhenxian tablets. Method Precipitation titration was used. Result The content of HgS of zhusha was determined in six samples. The Average recovery was 97.97%. Conclusion This method is simple, definite, and a good reproducibility. The intrinsic quality of this product can effectively controlled after establishment of the content determination method, the reference basis is provided with a increase of product standard. |
