成人急性会厌炎(附72例分析)

目的：探讨成人急性会厌炎的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析72例成人急性会厌炎的性别与年龄，病因，临床表现及治疗情况。 结果：所有病人全部采用抗生素和地塞米松或强的松治愈，无一例行气管插管或气管切开术。结论：对成人急性会厌炎应及时，首选 氨苄青霉素及地塞米松或强的松治疗。对伴有呼吸困难者应作好气管插管或气管切开的准备。

Acute Epiglottitis in Adult :an Analysis of 72 Cases

Objective:To evaluate the effect of treatment on cute epiglottitis of adult.Methods:72 patients with acute epiglottitis were re- viewend to analyze in term of their age,sex,causes of diseases,symptoms and therapy.Results:All the cases were cured by useing of anti- biotie and dexamethsone or prednisonum and were not accepted tracheal intubation or tracheostomy.Conclusion:The therapy of acute epi- glottitis in adult should be promptly choosed ampicillinum and dexamethasone or prednisonum at first of all,and the patients with symptoms of difficult breathe should be ready for tracheal intubation or tracheostomy.
