灵杆菌多糖联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床研究

目的探讨灵杆菌素联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法选择2006年1月～2007年8月在我院妇科门诊和病房治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者236例，随机分为抗生素组78例、灵杆菌素组77例及联合用药（灵杆菌素＋抗生素）组81例，分别单纯应用抗生素、灵杆菌素及联合用药。联合用药组给药方法：头孢他啶2克加入5％葡萄糖250ml静脉滴注，接点甲硝唑250ml静脉滴注，1次／日；加用灵杆菌多糖，首次注25pg，以后逐次增多至50pg，一周两次肌肉注射，4～5次为一疗程。对慢性盆腔炎进行治疗两个疗程，疗程末观察疗效。结果联合用药组痊愈率27．7％，总有效率92．6％。治疗效果与抗生素组、灵杆菌素组相比较（x^2=30．89，P〈0．01）有显著性差异。结论灵杆菌素联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效，且效果优于抗生素及灵杆菌素单独应用。

Clinical Research on Prodigiosin Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of prodigiosin on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID). Methods236 ceases suffering from chronic Pelvic inflammatory Disease were classified into 3 groups randomly: the control group,the prodigiosin treated group and the unite-treated group. The former were treated with the antibiotic and the later two group were done with prodigiosin. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by symptoms, physical signs. ResultsThe effective rate treated group was 92.6%.It was higher than that in the other control group (P<0.05). ConclusionsIt was indicated that prodigiosin had a better therapeutic effect on pelvic inflammatory disease.
