改良式[牙合]垫的临床应用研究

目的评价两种[牙合]垫在内倾型深覆[牙合]及深反覆[牙合]矫治过程中的治疗效果。方法选择40例内倾型深覆[牙合]及深反覆[牙合]正畸患者，试验组在后牙[牙合]面粘结玻璃离子作为[牙合]垫，对照组用塑料[牙合]垫。由患者根据VAS标尺法自主评价咀嚼效率、发音状况和舒适程度。结果试验组与对照组咀嚼效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），试验组发音状况和舒适程度优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在后牙[牙合]面粘结玻璃离子作为[牙合]垫，感觉舒适，简单易行，不影响发音，值得推广。

Clinical Application of Modified Biteblock

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two kinds of biteblocks in correcting lingual tipping deep overbite and deep reverse overbite. Methods 40 cases with lingual tipping deep overbite or deep reverse overbite were selected to participate into this study. Glass ionomer was bonded to molar occlusal surface as biteblock in the test group. Plastic biteblocks were used in the control group. Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） was used to evaluate masticartory efficiency, pronunciation and the comfortable degree by patient-self. Results There were no statistically significant differences of masticartory efficiency between the two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. The pronunciation and the comfortable degree of test group were superior than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Glass ionomer bonded to molar ocelusal surface as biteblock was comfortable, easy and feasible and did not affect pronunciation.
