| 摘 要： | 目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类深覆牙合]应用摇椅弓配合小平导矫治的临床效果。方法对32例安氏Ⅱ类深覆牙合]患者患者均采用摇椅弓与小平导的联合应用打开咬合，咬合打开后浅摇椅弓保持打开效果，并通过X线头影测量分析比较患者矫治前后的变化。结果治疗后ANB、OB及OJ均有减小，且差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），表明有效地矫治了安氏Ⅱ类深覆牙合]，而且使颌骨矢状向关系得到改善。孓Go、N—Me、ANS-Me在矫治后有增大，且差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），表明该方法对改善低角病例的面形更有利。结论应用摇椅弓配合小平导是一种快速有效矫治安氏Ⅱ类深覆牙合]的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of on deep overbite with archwire combined with bite plate. Methods 32 patients with deep overbite were treated with arehwire combined with flat bite plate. After opening the overbite,arehwire was ligatured to maintain. Their cephalometry radiographs were measured before and after treatment. Results The ANB,OB and OJ were significantly decreased after treatment. The deep overbite was effectively corrected. Anterior, anterior-inferior and posterior facial height all increased. Conclusion It is an effective approach of deep overbite correction with archwire combined with flat bite plate. |
