口服维生素C片对高血压合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平影响分析

目的：探究口服维生素C片对高血压合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平影响。方法整群选取494例于2014年1月一2015年12月从医院体检科体检人群招募未经治疗的高尿酸血症患者,其中高血压合并高尿酸血症患者有111例,随机分为甲乙两组,甲组55例,乙组56例。给予乙组患者别嘌醇、利尿剂、血管扩张剂等常规治疗,常规治疗基础上给予甲组患者口服维生素C片。对比观察两组患者治疗血压水平、血尿酸水平,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,甲乙两组患者血压及血尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05）,治疗后,甲组血尿酸水平为(342.2±54.3）μmol/L,乙组为(395.5±53.7）μmol/L,甲组患者血尿酸水平明显低于乙组(P<0.05）,甲组患者舒张压、收缩压及不良反应发生率明显低于乙组(P<0.05）,甲组总体有效率为96.36%,乙组为83.93%,甲组患者总体有效率明显高于乙组(P<0.05）。结论常规治疗基础上给予高血压合并高尿酸血症患者口服维生素C片,能显著改善血压计血尿酸水平,提高治疗效果,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。

Effect of Oral Vitamin C Tablets on Serum Uric Acid Level in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Hyperuricemia

Objective To explore the effect of oral vitamin C tablets on serum uric acid levels in patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods Group selection of 494 cases from January 2014 to December 2015 from the hospital medical examination of the population recruited untreated patients with hyperuricemia,among the patients with hy-pertension and hyperuricemia in 111 cases, were randomly divided into two groups A and B, 55 cases in group A, group B 56 cases.Given the routine treatment group B patients don't allopurinol, diuretic and vasodilator agent, on the basis of rou-tine treatment given group of patients with oral vitamin C tablets.The blood pressure level, serum uric acid level and ad-verse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, B of the two groups of patients with blood pressure and blood uric acid level of no statistical significance (P> 0.05). After the treatment, Levels of serum uric acid in patients of group A (342.2±54.3) umol/L, the patients of group B were to (395.5±5.37) umol/L, the levels of serum uric acid in patients with first division significantly lower than in group B (P< 0.05),the group of patients with diastolic blood pres-sure, systolic blood pressure and adverse reactions occurrence rate was significantly lower than that of group B (P< 0.05). The overall efficiency of 96.36%, group B was 83.93%,group A patients overall have efficiency was significantly higher than that of group B (P< 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, patients with high blood pressure and high blood uric acid oral vitamin C tablets can significantly improve the blood pressure level of blood uric acid, improve the treatment effect, and the adverse reaction is small, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
