临床护理路径在小儿腹泻护理中的应用

目的：探究临床护理路径于小儿腹泻中的具体应用价值。方法方便择取2014年3月—2016年3月期间于该院治疗小儿腹泻的80例患儿,按照在院期间接受的不同护理模式进行分组：应用常规护理的40例患儿归入对照组,应用临床护理路径的40例患儿归入研究组。组间对比护理护理总有效率和症状消退时间等指标。结果就护理总有效率而言,研究组为97.50%,对照组为77.50%,研究组护理效果远远优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。就症状消失时间而言,研究组的止泻时间和退热时间分别为(1.36±0.67)d和(1.15±0.62)d,对照组的止泻时间和退热时间分别为(3.67±1.76)d和(5.31±1.03)d,研究组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。就住院时间而言,研究组为(2.15±0.76)d,对照组为(5.31±1.03)d,研究组依然短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对于小儿腹泻,临床护理路径可以加快其恢复速度,确保其腹泻得到有效缓解,故具有积极的临床应用意义。

Con-clusion For children with diarrhea, clinical nursing path can accelerate the speed of their recovery, to ensure their effective mitigation diarrhea, it has positive significance of clinical application.
