莫沙必利+埃索美拉唑结合用于胃食管反流病治疗效果评价

目的：分析莫沙必利结合埃索美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院2014年10月—2015年12月收治的胃食管反流疾病患者126例为物件,均分成对照组和试验组,两组各63例。对照组给予莫沙必利,试验组采用莫沙必利结合埃索美拉唑,对比两组患者的视觉模拟评分、食管黏膜恢复评分。结果试验组治疗15、30 d视觉模拟评分分别为(4.6±0.9)分、(2.5±0.8)分明显低于对照组(6.8±1.1)分、(4.2±0.6)分；试验组治疗10、20、30 d食管黏膜恢复评分分别为(67.25±2.49)分、(76.82±4.26)分、(85.35±3.61)分均明显高于对照组对应分数,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论莫沙必利结合埃索美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病疗效显著,可明显改善患者各指标,安全可靠。

Mosapride + Esomeprazole Combined for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Treatment Effect Evaluation

Objective Analysis of Mosapride combined with of Esomeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophagealreflux dis-ease clinical curative effect. Methods Group choose our hospital trom October 2014 to December 2015 gastroesophageal re-flux disease in patients with 126 cases as the object,were divided into control group and experimental group,two groups of 63 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with Mosapride.Experimental group by Moser of Mosapride combined with esomeprazole,compared two groups of patients with visual analogue score,esophageal mucosa recovery score. Results The results showed that:test group for 15 days,30d visual analog scale respectively(4.6±0.9),(2.5±0.8)was significant-ly lower than that of the control group(6.8±1.1),4.2±0.6);experimental group for 10 days,20d,30d esophageal mucosa recovery score respectively (67.25 ±249), (76.82 ±4.26), (85.35 ±3.61)were significantly higher than those in the control group and the corresponding score.Differences were significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Mosapride will benefit with esomeprazole in the treat-ment of gastroesophagealreflux disease effect is significant,can significantly improve the indexes of patients,safe and reliable.
