慢性非瓣膜性房颤患者心电图f波特点分析

目的：探讨慢性非瓣膜性房颤患者心电图f波的特点。方法整群选取该院于2014年6月—2015年8月收治的慢性非瓣膜性房颤患者共142例,分为对照组51例和观察组91例,患者均行心电图检查,比较其f波的特点。结果两组患者的心室率﹑合并症以及心电图f波检查的f-f间期﹑f波时限差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的f波细颤例数明显要多于对照组,f波振幅高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心电图检查中出现f波间期缩短,振幅降低,患者具有较大的可能发生慢性非瓣膜性房颤,应当引起广大医学卫生工作者的关注。

Chronic Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation Patients Electrocardiogram (ecg) f Potter Point Analysis

Objective To investigate the characteristics of electrocardiogram F wave in patients with chronic non valvular a-trial fibrillation. Methods Group selected 142 cases of chronic non valvular atrial fibrillation patients from June 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital, divided into control group 51 cases and observation group 91 cases, patients were performed ECG, compare the characteristics of F wave. Results Ventricular rate, complications and electrocardiogram (ecg) of f wave inspection period between f - f, f wave time limit of two groups had no statistical difference (P> 0.05). While f wave fine fibrillation cases of observation group was obviously?higher?than the control group and f wave amplitude was higher than the control group, the difference was significant statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the ECG examination, the F wave interval is shortened, the amplitude is decreased, the patient has a large potential for chronic non valvular atrial fib-rillation, which should arouse the attention of the medical health workers.
