高剂量氨溴索对ARDS患者临床效果分析

摘    要:目的:分析高剂量的氨溴索在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法方便选取2013年1月—2015年12月在该院就诊的60例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,随机的分为对照组和实验组两组,各30例患者;两组患者分别给予血容量的维持、抗感染以及呼吸支持治疗,对照组患者滴注0.9%氯化钠溶液500 mL;实验组患者则在500 mL 0.9%氯化钠溶液中加入了100 mg盐酸氨溴索注射液。分别比较两组患者的3个血气指数(PaO2、SaO2、PaO2/FiO2)及患者的肺损伤。结果实验组的血气指数显著的高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的肺损伤评分显著降低,且实验组肺损伤评分为(1.0±0.3)分与对照组(1.5±0.3)分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高剂量的氨溴索可以显著的提高ARDS患者的血气指数和降低患者肺组织损伤程度,在临床中具有推广和应用的价值。

High Dose Ambroxol Clinical Effect on Patients with ARDS
Abstract:Objective To analyze the high dose ambroxol in the clinical treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) patients were analyzed. Methods Convenient selection from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital, 60 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome were randomly divided into control and experimental groups two groups of patients (30 cases); two groups of patients were given blood volume is maintained, anti-infective, and respiratory support treatment, the control group of patients infusion of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, 500 mL; the experimental group of pa-tients in the 500 mL 0.9% sodium chloride solution was added 100 mg ambroxol hydrochloride injection. Three groups of patients were compared blood gas index (PaO2, SaO2, PaO2/FiO2) and lung injury patients. Results The blood gas index sig-nificantly higher than the experimental group (P<0.05);After treatment, the patient's lung injury score was significantly re-duced, and lung injury score for the experimental group(1.0 ± 0.3) points and the control group(1.5±0.3)points there are sig-nificant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion High-dose ambroxol can significantly improve patients with ARDS patient blood gas index and reduce the degree of lung injury, and has the value of application in clinical.
