齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对血糖影响的对照研究

目的：探讨齐拉西酮与利培酮在精神分裂症治疗过程中对其血糖的影响。方法整群选取该院于2014年8月—2015年9月收治的93例精神分裂症患者纳入研究，按入院先后分为治疗组50例和对照组43例，分别采用齐拉西酮和利培酮对治疗组和对照组进行治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者的阴性阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分及空腹血糖的变化情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的PANSS评分及空腹血糖情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间，两组患者的PANSS评分逐渐降低，各阶段PANSS评分比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。而对照组患者在治疗后2、4、8周的空腹血糖水平分别为(6.13±1.16)mmol/L、(6.28±1.13)mmol/L、(6.31±1.03)mmol/L，其空腹血糖水平明显上升，而观察组在治疗后2、4、8周的空腹血糖水平分别为(5.71±0.68)mmol/L、(5.86±0.71)mmol/L、(5.92±0.92)mmol/L，基本保持稳定，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮与利培酮在治疗精神分裂症上疗效相当，但齐拉西酮在治疗过程中对患者的血糖水平影响较小，在临床用药上应优先选择齐拉西酮。

The Effect of Blood Glucose Control Study in Treatment of Schizophrenia with Ziprasidone and Risperidone

Objective To evaluate the role of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia in the process of its influence on their blood sugar. Methods Group selection from August 2014 to September 2015, 93 cases of schizophre-nia patients in our hospital were included in this study, According to hospital admission, they were divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (43 cases), used ziprasidone and risperidone to treated the treatment group and control group. Compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of negative positive symptoms scale (PANSS) score and the change of fasting plasma glucose. Results Before the treatment, two groups of patients with PANSS scores and fast-ing glucose compared differences no statistical significance (P>0.05). During the treatment, two groups of patients with PANSS score gradually reduce, in different stages of the PANSS score was no statistical significance (P>0.05). At 2, 4, and 8 weeks after treatment, the fasting blood glucose level of the control group were (6.13 ±1.16)mmol/L, (6.28 ±1.13)mmol/L, (6.31±1.03)mmol/L, the fasting blood glucose levels were significantly increased, and the fasting blood glucose level of the treatment group were (5.71±0.68)mmol/L, (5.86±0.71)mmol/L, (5.92±0.92)mmol/L, basically remain stable, and the differ-ences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia is same roughly , but in the process of ziprasidone in the treatment effect on blood sugar levels in patients with small, in clinical medicine should first choose ziprasidone.
