中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效及护理分析

目的：分析中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效及护理。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年3月于该院接受医治的210例寻常型银屑病患者临床资料，依据不同的医治方案，分设对照组(98例)与研究组(112例)，对照组行NB-UVB照射医治，研究组行中药药浴联合NB-UVB 照射医治且予以对症护理，比对两组医治前后PASI评分、生活质量评分以及不良反应情况。结果医治4周、6周以及8周后研究组PASI评分(14.66±10.05)、(7.89±8.89)、(4.05±2.29)分优于对照组(24.69±9.47)、(16.76±10.66)、(11.49±6.73)分；研究组生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力以及总体健康评分(72.57±6.91)、(74.73±6.62)、(75.74±7.53)、(73.84±5.63)分优于对照组(66.33±6.10)、(68.56±4.36)、(68.53±4.49)分、(68.08±5.04)分，比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；且研究组干燥、灼烧感等不良反应情况少于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病患者行中药药浴联合NB-UVB医治可改善患者皮损严重程度与面积，并提高其生活质量减少不良反应。

Analysis of Curative Effect of NB-UVB Combined with Radiation in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris and Nursing Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medicated Bath

Objective To analyze the psoriasis curative effect and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Convenient selection the clinical data of 210 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were reviewed retrospectively, according to different remedial plan,the patients were divided into control group (98 cases) and study group (112 cases), the control group underwent NB-UVB irradiation treatment, the study group for the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB irradiation treatment and symptomatic nursing,and the PASI score, quality of life score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results treatment 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks after study, PASI score (14.66 ±10.05)、(7.89 ±8.89)、(4.05 ±2.29)score than the control group of ( 24.69 ±9.47)、(16.76 ±10.66)、(11.49±6.73)score;the study group of physiological function, body pain, vitality and general health scores of (72.57±6.91)、(74.73±6.62)、(75.74±7.53)、(73.84±5.63)score is better than that of the control group ( 66.33±6.10)、(68.56±4.36)、(68.53± 4.49)、(68.08±5.04)score, significant difference with statistical significance (P< 0.05); Conclusion Psoriasis vulgaris were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB treatment can improve the patients with lesion severity and area and improve the quality of life and reduce adverse reaction.
