基于髋部骨折的病人的三亚本地居民骨密度基线测定

目的：测定三亚本地居民发生髋部骨折时的骨密度值,为髋部骨折及骨质疏松的预防提供参考依据。方法随机选择该院2014年10月一2016年7月骨科收治的50例老年髋部骨折住院患者作为研究对象,测量健侧股骨干密度,绘制基线,并与全国范围平均数值进行比较。结果该地区不同性别、不同年龄段居民骨质疏松性骨折发生时的骨密度基线要高于全国范围平均水平,其中男性患者股骨干各部位BMD值均高于女性患者,以股骨颈为参照,对照结果为(0.771±0.106）g/cm2 vs(0.608±0.106）g/cm2,高年龄段患者股骨干各部位BMD值要高于低年龄段患者,以60~69岁年龄段为参照,对照结果为(0.771±0.106）g/cm2 vs(0.608±0.106）g/cm2,比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。结论三亚地区发生骨质疏松性骨折的骨密度基线要高于全国水平,相应预防标准应更为严格。

Sanya Local Residents Bone Mineral Density Measurement BaselineBased on the Hip Fracture Patients

Objective To determine Sanya local residents hip fracture density, and provide some references for the preven-tion of osteoporosis for hip fracture patients. Methods To select 50 patients of the elder hip fracture hospitalized patients from October 2014 to July 2016 as the research object, their contralateral femoral density were measured and bone density baseline were drew, and their baselines were compared with the national bone density average value.Results The region in terms of different gender, different age residents of osteoporotic fracture occurs when the bone mineral density in the base-line is higher than the national average level, which male patients with femoral BMD values were higher than that of female patients, with femoral neck as a reference and control results for (0.771 ± 0.106) g/cm2 vs (0.608 ± 0.106 )g /cm2, aged pa-tients with femoral shaft parts BMD value is higher than the low age of patients, in the 60~69 age segment as a reference, the control results for the (0.771 ± 0.106) g/cm2 vs (0.608+ 0.106) g/cm2, the difference was significant (P<0.05) Conclu-sion The local residents with osteoporotic fracture of bone mineral density baseline in Sanya were much higher than the na-tional bone density level, for that,the corresponding prevention standards should be set stricter.
