异位妊娠患者的临床诊治分析

目的：异位妊娠患者的临床诊治探讨。方法采用回顾性分析的方法，方便选取2014年10月一2015年10月在该院接受治疗的60例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行研究分析，并分别采用临床检查、血清β-HCG动态监测以及阴道超声检查等对患者进行早期诊断，并根据患者的病情情况给予手术治疗与药物保守治疗，分析早期诊断的准确率与临床治疗效果。结果经过多种方式的综合检测，异位妊娠的早期诊断准确率达到85%，手术前诊断准确率达到96.7%；根据患者的具体情况给予腹腔镜手术治疗与开腹治疗与甲氨喋吟保守治疗，均达到了良好的临床疗效。结论对异位妊娠患者给予早期诊断治疗，能够有效降低异位妊娠并发症发生率，临床治疗效果显著，可以在临床医学中得以广泛地推广应用。

Conclution Early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy can effectively reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy complications, clinical treatment effect is significant, can be widely used in clinical medicine.
