探讨骨肽注射液联合接骨七厘片治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效与安全性

目的：探讨分析骨肽注射液联合接骨七厘片治疗四肢骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法随机选取2014年11月—2015年4月来该院接受治疗的四肢骨折的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,给予对照组骨肽注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上口服接骨七厘片治疗,比较两种治疗方法的临床效果和安全性。结果观察组总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(75.0%)；观察组患者平均愈合时间(10.8±3.5)d明显短于对照组(13.6±4.0)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用骨肽注射液联合接骨七厘片治疗四肢骨折的患者,其临床效果较为满意,安全性较常规方法高,值得在临床上推广应用。

To Investigate the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Ossotide Injection Com-bined with Bone Seven PCT Tablets in the Treatment of Limb Fractures

Objective To investigate the analysis of ossotide injection combined with bone clinical efficacy and safety of seven per cent tablets in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods Randomly selected 2014 November 2015 April came to our hospital for treatment of limb fractures of 120 cases of patients randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group, given to the control group of ossotide injection in the treatment, observation group on the ba-sis of oral Jiegu Qili tablets in the treatment, were compared between the two treatment clinical effect and safety. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate (93.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.0%);the pa-tients in the observation group average healing time (10.8 ±3.5) d was significantly shorter than that of the control group (13.6 ±4.0) d, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion In patients with ossotide injection com-bined with Jiegu Qili tablets in the treatment of limbs fracture and its clinical effect satisfactory and safety than the con-ventional method of high, it is worth in clinical application.
