口腔正畸学中三维头影测量技术的临床应用评价

摘    要:目的:评价口腔正畸学中三维头影测量技术的临床应用效果。方法随机选择2012年1月一2015年12月该院收治的75例口腔正畸患者临床资料进行分析,其中30例为严重骨性错颌畸形,45例为骨埋伏牙。实施常规全景片和头颅定位侧位片检查后,应用CT拍摄锥形束,导入软件行三维头影测量,与传统测量法对比,比较不同测量方法的应用效果。结果传统头影测量ANB角(0.77±2.62)°、MP-FH角(32.0±4.1)°、L1-NB角(28.1±3.5)°、SNA角(79.5±2.2)°、U1-NA角(26.7±4.2)°;三维头影测量ANB角(1.50±1.91)°、MP-FH角(33.0±3.0)°、L1-NB角(82.2±2.4)°、SNA角(81.5±1.9)°、U1-NA角(28.5±3.8)°;三维头影测量技术与传统测量法测量结果相比,ANB角、MP-FH角、L1-NB角、SNA角、U1-NA角等对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸学中三维头影测量技术与传统测量技术相比,定点描记效果好,对正畸患者矫治方案设计具有重要作用,可以为患者临床正畸提供参考,值得推广应用。

Evaluation of Clinical Application of Three Dimensional Techniques for the Measurement of the Head in Orthodontic
Abstract:Objective Clinical effect evaluation of Orthodontics in three-dimensional cephalometric technique. Methods Randomly selected in January 2012 to 2015 December in our hospital were 75 cases of orthodontic patients clinical data were analyzed, which 30 cases of severe skeletal malocclusion, 45 cases of bone impacted teeth. After the implementation of the conventional panoramic radiographs and lateral cephalometric radiography was performed, using CT shooting cone beam, import software for three dimensional cephalometric measurement with the traditional measurement method is compared, comparison of different measurement methods of application effect. Results The conventional cephalometric anb angle (0.77 ± 2.62)°, mp-fh angle (32.0± 4.1)°, l1-nb angle (28.1± 3.5)°, SNA angle (79.5 ±2.2)°, u1-na angle (26.7 ± 4.2)°;three-di-mensional cephalometric anb angle (1.50± 1.91)°, mp-fh angle (33.0 ± 3.0)°, l1-nb angle (82.2 ± 2.4)°, SNA angle (81.5 ± 1.9)° , u1-na angle (28.5 ±3.8)°; three-dimensional cephalometric technique with the traditional measurement method is compared with the measured results, anb angle, mp-fh angle, l1-nb angle, the angle of SNA, u1-na angle contrast Ming Significant differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic three-dimensional cephalometric tech-nique with traditional measurement techniques are compared, fixed-point tracing down effect is good, of orthodontic patients scheme design has an important role for orthodontic patients with reference, it is worthy of popularization and application.
