强化护理干预策略对ICU气管插管非计划性拔管的影响

目的：探讨强化护理干预策略对ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管的影响作用。方法方便选择2015年1月一2016年1月期间在该院ICU住院治疗的意识清醒的气管插管患者共计100例,按随机原则将100例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组50例患者。观察组患者在ICU常规护理基础上对患者实施强化护理,对照组患者仅给予ICU常规护理。对比分析两组患者的非计划性拔管发生率和临床护理满意度。结果两组患者的非计划拔管发生率分别为2.0%和8.0%,其中观察组患者的发生率明显较低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的护理满意度96.0%,对照组护理满意度84.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05）。结论对于ICU气管插管治疗患者给予其强化护理干预,能够显著降低患者的非计划性拔管,对于确保患者安全,提高患者护理满意度具有显著作用。

Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention on Unplanned Extubation of Tra-cheal Intubation in ICU

Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on unplanned extubation of ICU patients with tracheal intubation. Methods Convenient select January 2015 - consciousness of hospitalized patients in ICU of our hospi-tal during January 2016 awake tracheal intubation in patients with a total of 100 cases, according to the principle of random will be 100 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group, each 50 cases of patients. Patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care in patients with ICU, the control group received only ICU conven-tional care. The incidence of unplanned extubation and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of unplanned extubation in the two groups were 2% and 8%, respectively, the incidence of the ob-servation group was significantly lower, and the difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant. Observation group of pa-tients with nursing satisfaction 96.0%, control group nursing satisfaction 84.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The intensive nursing intervention for patients with tracheal intubation in ICU can significantly re-duce unplanned extubation, which has a significant effect on the safety of patients and improve patient care satisfaction.
