老年急性脑出血患者CT影像特征及预后价值评估研究

摘    要:目的:了解老年急性脑出血患者的CT影像特征,并探讨其对于患者预后评估的价值。方法方便选取该院在2012年4—2012年12月期间内收治的90例老年急性脑出血患者确定为研究对象,对全部患者进行螺旋 CT检查,分析出血位置、出血量和预后之间的联系。结果老年急性脑出血在基底节区的发生率是54.4%,显著高于别的部位,中线结构移位的发生率是60%,显著高于没有移位者,中线结构有移位与没有移位的患者死亡率相比差异有统计学意义。结论基底节区是老年急性脑出血症状的多发部位,其中,对于出现中线结构移位与出血量很多的患者来讲,有着较高的死亡率,通过CT 检查可以直观、清晰的显现出老年急性脑出血患者的出血位置与出血量,对患者预后评估具有非常重要的价值,有必要进行深入的探讨。

Evaluation on the Value of Imaging Features and Prognosis of Patients with CT in Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage
Abstract:Objective To understand the CT imaging features of patients in the elderly patients with acute cerebral hemor-rhage, and to explore its value to assess the prognosis of patients. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital in the peri-od from April to December 2012 were 90 cases of elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage patients determine as the object of study, all patients of spiral CT was performed, analysis the bleeding site, bleeding volume and outcomes between contact; Results In elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia is the incidence of 54.4%, signifi-cantly higher than that of other parts of the, midline shift the incidence is 60%, significantly higher than that of no dis-placement of the midline structure there exist significant differences compared to the displacement and displacement without mortality in patients. Conclusion Basal ganglia is elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage symptoms of multiple sites. Among them, the midline shift and the amount of bleeding a lot of patients in terms of, higher mortality and by CT ex-amination can be intuitively and clearly shown in elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage bleeding position and vol-ume of hemorrhage, on the prognosis of the patients assessment assessment has a very important value, it is necessary for in-depth discussion.
