腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿蒂扭转手术保留卵巢与切除卵巢疗效分析

目的：对比分析巢囊肿蒂扭转手术中切除卵巢与保留卵巢对临床治疗效果的影响。方法方便选取2013年5月—2015年5月该科收治的进行卵巢囊肿蒂扭转手术患者60例为研究对象,根据是否切除卵巢分为对照组和观察组各30例,观察手术耗时、术中出血量、术后3 d平均体温、住院时间及愈后妊娠情况。结果两组患者手术时间、术后3 d内平均体温、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.978,0.752,0.335,P>0.05),观察组术中出血量显著高于对照组(t=8.984,P<0.05),观察组患者愈后妊娠率为80%,高于对照组46.7%。差异有统计学意义。结论卵巢囊肿蒂扭转手术中,是否保留卵巢疗效均安全有效,但保留卵巢有利于患者愈后再次妊娠,值得推广应用。

Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Pedicle Torsion to Retain Ovarian and Ovarian Resection

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of ovarian and ovarian preservation in the treatment of ovarian and ovarian preservation.Methods Group selection from May 2013 to May 2015 of ovarian cyst surgery 60 patients as research object,according whether remove the ovaries divided into observation group and control group in each 30,observe operation time, intraoperative bleeding,3 days average temperature,hospitalization time and pregnancy. Results Two groups operative time,postoperative within 3 days average temperature, hospitalization time have no significant difference (t=0.978, 0.752, 0.335,P>0.05),bleeding of observation group was higher than control group(t=8.984,P<0.05),observation group pregnancy rate was 80.0%, which was higher than control group 46.7% the drfference was statistically significant. Conclusion Ovarian cyst pedicle torsion surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of ovarian preservation. However, it is worth to promote the use of the second pregnancy after the ovarian cyst is safe and effective.
