甲状腺微小癌86例的诊治策略

目的：探讨甲状腺微小癌的手术治疗措施及诊治策略为临床诊断治疗提供建议。方法整群选取并回顾性分析2004年2月—2015年5月共收治甲状腺疾病需外科手术治疗的患者438例,其中有86例经B超或CT检测确诊为甲状腺微小癌的临床资料、术前诊断、手术治疗。结果86例甲状腺微小癌,占19.63%,其中2010—2015年甲状腺微小癌为56例,12.79%。甲状腺癌呈逐年递增趋势。结论术前高分辨超声检查、术中冷冻切片病理检查是诊断甲状腺微小癌的主要手段，手术是治疗甲状腺微小癌的主要方法，可分为原发灶处理与颈部淋巴结，预防性中央区淋巴结清扫手术策略。

Conclusion High resolution ultrasonography in preoperative, intraoperative frozen section pathological examination is the main method for the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma, surgery is the main method of treatment of thyroid microcarcinoma which can be divided into primary treatment and cervical lymph node, prophylactic central lymph node dissection in the surgical strategy.
