外周血T细胞亚群检测在恶性肿瘤中的应用及临床意义研究

目的：分析外周血T细胞亚群测定在恶性肿瘤患者中的临床应用价值及及意义。方法随机收集该院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的患恶性肿瘤的100例患者进行研究，且将其分为研究组。同时选取同期于该院进行健康体检的100名正常人群作为对照组进行对照研究。通过流式细胞术分别对两组研究对象的外周血T细胞亚群水平进行检测，主要包括T淋巴细胞(CD3+细胞)、辅助性T细胞(CD4+细胞)、抑制性T细胞(CD8+细胞)、CD4+/ CD8+细胞等水平。结果研究组患者的CD3+细胞(57.31±7.76)%，显著低于对照组(72.34±6.78)%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组患者的CD4+细胞(35.75±7.47)%，显著低于对照组(45.23±5.49)%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组患者的CD8+细胞(33.98±8.46)%，显著高于对照组的(28.37±6.17)%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组患者的CD4+/CD8+细胞(0.93±0.49)，显著低于对照组(1.57±0.59)，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论外周血T细胞亚群检测可作为评估恶性肿瘤患者治疗及预后情况的重要参考，值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical Significance of Peripheral Blood T Cell Subsets Detection in Malig-nant Tumors

Objective To analyze the clinical application value and significance of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant tumor. Methods Random selection 100 patients with malignant tumor in our hospital were collected from January 2014 to January 2016 called study group. 100 healthy checking people were selected as control group. To compare and test the two groups of subjects peripheral blood T cell subsets levels by using of flow cytometry respectively, including T lym-phocytes (CD3 + cells, helper T cells (CD4 +) cells, inhibition of T cells (CD8 + cells, CD4 + / CD8 + cell levels. Results The CD3+ cells (57.31 ±7.76)% in the study group were significantly lower than control group (72.34 ± 6.78)%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The CD4+cells (35.75 ± 7.47)%in the study group were significantly lower than control group (45.23± 5.49)%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The CD8+cell (33.98+8.46)%of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (28.37 ± 6.17)%, and the difference was statistical-ly significant (P< 0.05). The CD8+CD4+/ cells (0.93 ± 0.49) in the study group were significantly lower than control group (1.57±0.59), and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The detection of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood can be used as an important reference for the evaluation of treatment and prognosis of patients with malig-nant tumor, and it is worth of promotion.
