亮丙瑞林治疗围绝经期功血子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

目的：探析围绝经期功血子宫肌瘤患者使用亮丙瑞林治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年3月—2015年8月期间，围绝经期功血子宫肌瘤患者110例，将其单双号编号分2组，55例为一组。一组给予米非司酮治疗（对照组-单号编号组），另一组以亮丙瑞林作为治疗方案（观察组-双号编号组），对比2组治疗效果、复发概率以及不良反应发生概率等。结果观察组围绝经期功血子宫肌瘤患者的治疗总有效率为92.73%，高于对照组数据72.73%，且观察组的复发概率低，不良反应发生概率少，数据优于对照组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论将亮丙瑞林用于治疗围绝经期功血子宫肌瘤的患者效果非常可观。

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of the Treatment of Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Fibroids Leuprolide

Objective Observation of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of uterine fibroids using leuprorelin treatment effect. Methods Convenient selection of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with uterine myoma in 110 cases (2014.3 ~2015.8), which will be divided into 2 groups, a group of 55 cases. A group of mifepristone treatment (control group), another group of leuprorelin leuprorelin treatment (observation group), compared two groups of treatment, recurrence and adverse reaction probability. Result The total effective rate of observation group was 92.73%, higher than 72.73%of control group, and the observation group had less recurrence, less adverse reaction probability, better than the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Leuprorelin treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine fibroids effect.
